For Families & Individuals in need of Housing and Support Services Established in 1988 PH-320-259-7676 Permanent Housing Houses on 7th : This development has one efficiency, five one-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom house, for a total of eight units. Individuals and families at or below thirty percent median area income are qualified to rent six units. Two units are at fifty percent of median income. Vento Place : This is a duplex offering one two-bedroom and one three-bedroom Permanent apartments for families with children. Utilities and support services are included. One adult must have been homeless and have a disability.
Pantown Village TownHomes : Pantown Village features twenty-four, two story, two and three-bedroom town homes for families with limited income. The town homes have the feel of spacious single-family homes with a yard and a private entrance. In 1999, the Coalition assumed management of the property. Cooperation with the St. Cloud Police Department's Crime Prevention Program helps assure a safe environment. These units are available to households at or below sixty percent of current median household income, for three-bedroom units and fifty percent median income for three bedroom units.
Woodland Village Townhomes : Woodland Village is a community of thirty-two rental units which are open to one and two-parent families with children whose income falls below fifty percent of current median income limits by federal definition. Targeted units are for families at thirty - percent median income. Granite Hill Homes : This choice of a single - family home is rarely available to persons with limited incomes. Granite Hill provides ten families the opportunity to live in newly constructed , three bedroom homes in Sartell. Structured as a leasehold cooperative, these units provide benefits of home ownership not typically available to renters . Residents need to be at 50 percent and 60 percent median income to qualify. SARAHS Place : SARAHS Place (Single Adult Rooms and Hope Services) opened in 1999. The SRO houses 28 people in an independent, supportive, affordable living environment. Each person has a private bedroom and shares a common living room, kitchen, and bathroom with three other individuals. These units provide permanent housing for single men and women with disabilities who have been homeless. On going case management is provided. Residents pay 30 percent of their income for rent.
