Support
services to reach self sufficiency

Life
Skills counselors for residents of all supportive housing.

Child
Advocate to work with children and families to help with school
placement, homework, and emotional upsets of children in crisis at
Landon Place and Casa Mia.

Case
manager to assist former homeless individuals with disabilities to
maintain self sufficiency and an independent life in permanent,
supportive housing at SARAH'S Place , and all shelter and
transitional Programs.

Housing
Advocate to provide Tenant Training, financial skill development and
one on one assistance for individuals and families to find and keep
permanent housing.

Household
donation coordination to gather and distribute free household items
and furniture for families starting over.

Providing
grants to families in need of rent, security deposits, and
moving expense assistance.

Providing
follow-up home visits and services to assist families to maintain
permanent housing.

Providing
transportation , childcare , food and personal care assistance as
needed.

Providing
assistance with obtaining employment and / or other income such as
SSDI or Veterans benefits , if Qualified .
