Short term housing

Home Again  : 

Home Again Transitional House is an adult transitional house which provides not only housing, but also social services such as living skills development, job search assistance, legal services, permanent housing placement, and much more. 

The house provides ten residents with private, secure sleeping rooms that are furnished with a bed, dresser, and closet space.

The house also has a common living space that includes a living room, kitchen bathrooms, and laundry.  Residents pay 30% of their income for the housing .  

Landon Place Family Community Shelter :

This facility is being used for families who find themselves homeless, in crisis, and in need of food and safe housing.  Established eight years ago, the facility operated in the rented house and provide fifteen beds for men, women, and one family.  In 1998, the Coalition purchased the building and completed a $350,000 renovation.  It reopened March 1999, with 28 emergency beds for families with children.  In addition to food and shelter, Landon Place provides a full range of supportive services for both parents and children to help them gain self-sufficiency.

Casa Mia :

The newest development is a 20-bed Transitional House for families and single women who have visitation rights to young children and are striving to reunite the family unit.  A full range of supportive services are included.  Residents pay 30% of their income with the maximum of $450 per month.  

Wright County Transitional :

Six 2 and 3 three bedroom units with support services for homeless families in transition. Families pay 30% of income for units and program pays the rest of the rent on the apartments , at the end of one year family mat take over lease themselves.
